Two sites combine their power
Through the acquisition of Erdt Concepts, PVS Group continues to expand its fulfillment power. “The company, which specialises in B2C business and is based in Hemsbach, integrates perfectly into PVS’s range of services with its diverse service portfolio. In the newly founded PVS Concepts, we are combining the logistics expertise of our new location on the Bergstrasse with the strengths of our branch in Waghäusel,” reports Jürgen Blannarsch, Managing Director at PVS PVS Fulfillment-Service.
Food, Fashion, Lifestyle and Medical Products
At the new site in Hemsbach, the customers Jägermeister, Bilou and von Jungfeld, among others, are handled in a warehouse area of 8,000 m². The employees are familiar with the complex structures, requirements and processes in online retailing and use their expertise to remove obstacles for their clients. “Outside the box”, creates customised fulfilment solutions for each client.
Brand Specialists provide individualisation and finishing
“We see ourselves as brand specialists. With our customisation services, we help mid-sized companies stand out from the crowd. From individualised drinking bottles and refined bread boxes to laser cutting large numbers of Jägermeister bottles for the Parookaville Festival – with the latest technology and qualified specialists, we transform standard products into unique items,” emphasises Karsten Berner, Managing Director of PVS Concepts.
Integration almost completed
Six weeks after the takeover, the integration of the new PVS site is mostly complete. The first invoice run was successfully completed, financial accounting was integrated, IT integration was mostly completed, and fulfilment processes were aligned.
